Alexander Sarnavskiy is a promising lightweight prospect currently competing in the M-1 promotion. Already showing versatility at a very early age, Sarnavskiy is the top prospect fighting out of the RusFighter's camp where he trains alongside Bellator FC Season Two Middleweight Champion Alexander Shlemenko.

Sarnavskiy's a confident striker who shows good natural hand speed and technique in his standup. He's equipped with a quick jab and a nice left hook, and is quite capable of delivering quick, effective inside leg kicks. Sarnavskiy also shows impressive counter striking skills, proving very good at catching opponents coming in at him. Sarnavskiy's armed with an excellent counter left hook, measures distance very well, and is extremely quick in his movement and overall striking. Visibly comfortable on his feet, Sarnavskiy confidently throws spinning back kicks and high kicks with no hesitation. Although he does leave himself open coming in at times, Sarnavskiy's technical skills are developing very nicely and he possesses considerable upside in his standup game.

Sarnavskiy is a knowledgeable grappler who, given his age, holds promising upside in his ground game. From top position he controls his opponent well by staying very tight to the body, and utilizes a composed ground and pound attack. Sarnavskiy's still developing as a wrestler, and although he can be put on the ground he's displayed competent defensive guard skills and the ability to sweep effectively off his back. Alexander uses the body triangle appropriately while demonstrating solid submission awareness early on in his career. His ground and pound and submission games play off each other very nicely, with his striking opening up submission opportunities, and submission attempts leaving opponents susceptible to his ground and pound attack. Sarnavskiy is patient in his approach and his technical proficiency continued to improve, leaving plenty of reason to be optimistic about his grappling potential.
